Here’s what I love about crypto:

- No-one cares if you’re female
- No-one cares what colour you are
- No-one cares what degree you have
- No-one cares what work experience you have

The pseudo-anonymous nature of crypto means no-one really gives a f*ck, if they f*ck with you, they f*ck with you, that’s that.

They care about the value you bring to the table, they care about how you conduct yourself.

That’s how I see crypto. It’s beautiful.
