I saw this post, and I remember gisting boys in the eFootball group about what I think eFootball is doing, and I honestly think I am right seeing how things are playing out.

Here is what I said;

Cards are getting too OP, but eFootball doesn't want to shift the EAFC way, so instead of cards with stats that are too OP, they raised the floor for stats.

Let me explain, usually passing stats from 80+ should be good enough but if you notice after the last 3-4 updates players with less than 90 passing stats don't have very good passing, this is because they lifted the floor, so now you have to invest points in passing if you want good passing.

This floor lifting is reflected in shooting too; suddenly, players with good shooting stats don't score their usual goals, that's because the floor has been lifted.

Now it's reflecting in stamina, this is why the recent Hazard card looks very OP, but secretly it's the stats of a new era of cards and builds, I speculate that we will start to see more OP cards but they're not really OP in that sense because you now have to sacrifice points to train in certain attributes, if you focus on one attribute and neglect the other it will show.
