Under no circumstances should you ever take an item from Gucci @gucci back to Gucci for repair. My wife took her purse for repair in October 2023 and we are still waiting. We will NEVER EVER buy a Gucci product again. Inferior, overpriced products!!! Awful customer service!!

Checked out this morning….. asked a lady who had just checked in if they told her the A/C was not working. No mention from the front desk. Marriott…. YOU NEED TO STOP LETTING THEM mislead people. THIS IS DECEPTIVE!!!!! SHAMEFUL!!!

@Marriott Hotel from Hell!!! Brooklyn Sheraton No A/C for 3 days, 2 of 4 elevators not working! I called the Marriott customer line. They told me I had to approach hotel management for any dispensation. They’ve been lying to me for 3 days that it would be fixed. Really????
