@KLM day 3 of my son being stranded in Belgrade, an 18 year old with zero duty of care support from KLM. KLM business customer support now telling me it is not possible to support him with a rebooked flight or assist further because his flight was booked by Expedia. Nonsense!

Sons flight cancelled, KLM only rebooked one part of the travel and now can’t get through to the Customer Services - on hold for 2 hrs now. Great work @KLM

@balvennie999 @jim_demps Development tours need established senior international players to bring a bit of experience and set the standards to the younger players. Hendo and Herring do exactly that. Stu McCloskey is probably the most unlucky player in that we have Henshaw and Bundee ahead of him
