My biggest hope is that someone from Riot Berlin and/or Riot UK offices has seen everything that has gone on with folks like @Hiprain & @g_troubleinc and will bring their own pressure to the NLC Promoter, or consider a change, because this is not the way.
I'm supposed to be inactive, as I don't really want to be on this platform anymore - However its where many of the LoL community still reside.
I've heard through the grapevine what has been happening recently with NLC.
What I can do though is offer this -
I have 16 years experience in Esports. 10 years working professionally in Esports. And even made the Tower Format, the meme it is, work.
My door is open to consult for anything UK/Nordic LoL Esports related to improve the scene.
What @Wolves is doing in esports is industry leading for a sports team, and is building a fandom and following in markets where it is difficult to enter due to competition.
I am tired of seeing the argument from football fans to drop 'esports' when doing so wouldn't even pay the salary of one premier league player.
Their work in esports is building new forms of revenue that can help grow the earning potential of Wolves globally, to lead to more support financially of their premier league team long term. It is one (of many) opportunities that could help provide longer term stability to Wolves.
Please stop being, short term thinking football fans. You want your club to succeed, understand there needs to be new verticals for revenue in new markets.
AND that they can't be removed just because your scouting and football leadership team did a garbage job at signing players during the last transfer window.
Thank you for coming to my TED talk.
