Malawi 🇲🇼 has secured more than 55 buses to bring home citizens stranded in South Africa.

Eight buses have already arrived in Blantyre as the first phase of the operation begins.

Following discussions between President Arthur Peter Mutharika and President Cyril Ramaphosa, the government aims to safely return about 10,000 Malawians amid rising tensions over immigration enforcement in South Africa.
