So, here is a creative way to “end violence” across the world: Help violent groups overthrow governments& come to power, then let them suppress their populations, then oppose any kind of armed resistance to them because “people deserve no more violence”. @RLindsayUK @LNajafizada

وقتى از طالبان در بروكسل ميزبانى مى شود، منطق وجودى نهادى بنام "سفارت جمهورى اسلامى افغانستان در بلجيم و اتحاديه اروپا" چيست؟ اين نهاد و ساير نمايندگى هاى ديپلوماتيك افغانستان در كشورهاى اروپايى چه تلاش هايى - هرچند نامؤفق - براى دعوت نشدن طالبان به اروپا توانسته اند انجام بدهند؟

نمایندگان اتحادیه اروپا سه‌شنبه با هیئت طالبان در بروکسل دیدار کردند. یک منبع معتبر در کمیسیون اروپا به افغانستان اینترنشنال گفت که نمایندگان ۱۵ کشور عضو این اتحادیه در این نشست حضور داشتند.

این مذاکرات متمرکز بر پناهجویانی بود که مرتکب جرایم سنگین شده‌ یا تهدیدی برای امنیت محسوب می‌شوند.

اين كه قطعنامه شوراى امنيت در مورد تمديد مأموريت يوناما، به طالبان بحيث مقامات بالفعل (دى فاكتو) اشاره نمى كند، خبر خوبى است. در اين پنج سال، بعضى ديپلوماتان و فعالان مدنى افغانستان نيز طالبان را مقامات دى فاكتو خطاب كرده اند كه بمعناى پذيرش درجه اى از مشروعيت براى اين گروه است.

ايستادن در كنار خواهران و در برابر هيولا هايى كه به حريم عزت آنان دست درازى مى كنند، مقتضاى مردانگى و شرف است. مردان شريف شهرك جبرئيل هرات در اين راه خون دادند، تا مگر جرقه اى شود براى بيدارى بقيه مردم تحت ستم ما.

٢/٢ به جز اين راه، گزينه "ب" وجود ندارد. تقسيم جغرافيا با طالبان نه ممكن است و نه پذيرفتنى. ما ادامه حيات اين گروه ستمگر را در هيچ بخشى از افغانستان نمى پذيريم و سرنوشت هيچيك از مردم ستم ديده آن كشور را بخاطر اشتراك در ژنتيك و زبان، به دار و دسته هبت الله و حقانى نخواهيم بخشيد.

٢/١ در وراى بحث هاى صفحات مجازى، اولويت مبتنى بر واقعيت روى زمين براى ما، ريشه كن كردن گروه تروريستى طالبان از سراسر خاك كشور است. بركندن ريشه طالبان از جغرافيايى كه از آن برخاسته، هرچند در كوتاه مدت عملى نباشد، قطعاً شدنى است اما به تدبير، يار گيرى، وسعت نظر و سعه صدر نياز دارد.

در شرائط فعلى هركسى كه آماده شود براى رهايى كشور از دست طالبان قربانى بدهد، دنبال سازش نباشد و دست كم گوشه اى از جغرافيا را بتواند آزاد كند، صاحب آن خاك و صلاحيتدار مسائل مربوط به آن خواهد بود.
