Statement dated May 5, 2026 In its capacity as the sole representative of Jeff Satur, Studio On Saturn announces that, following continued discussions and the protection of the Artist’s rights, the parties have now reached an amicable settlement. The settlement includes financial compensation in resolution of past disputes, as well as an agreed framework governing the release of the series and the use of related materials strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the settlement agreement as of May 2, 2026. Studio On Saturn believes that this resolution reflects respect for the Artist’s rights and is an appropriate outcome for all parties, including the fans who have long awaited this work. Although the situation caused concern and discomfort to fans, Studio On Saturn considered it necessary to act seriously in order to protect the Artist’s rights and interests, and is pleased that those efforts have now led to an appropriate resolution. Studio On Saturn remains grateful for the support, understanding, and encouragement of the fans.

Statement dated April 19, 2026 The studio would like to confirm that the artist has not received any payment in relation to this project, and that any arrangements involving third parties do not alter this fact. As previously stated, the studio has made efforts to engage in discussions. Such discussions took place after the studio issued its statement in February, which was after the artist’s images had already been released. The studio did not grant consent for the publication of such images, and through those discussions, the studio became aware of certain actions involving third parties. With regard to the distribution, release, or promotion of the series, the studio has consistently requested that a direct agreement be established with the artist in order to ensure clarity regarding the rights and obligations of all parties. At present, the studio confirms that the artist has not provided consent for the distribution, promotion, or use of the series or related materials. The status of these matters remains under legal review. The studio would like to note that it has previously refrained from disclosing further details out of consideration for the feelings and well-being of fans, and with the intention of handling the matter internally in a constructive and professional manner. It has always been the studio’s hope that the situation could be resolved in a way that is appropriate for all parties involved. However, as the scheduled broadcast date approaches, despite the studio’s request to postpone the airing until mutually acceptable terms can be reached, no such agreement has yet been achieved. The studio sincerely apologizes for any inconvenience caused and will continue to take appropriate actions within the legal framework to protect the artist’s rights and image.

Our artist participated in the filming of the project in 2023 in the expectation that the relevant arrangements would be properly finalized through the usual process. However, no final written agreement was directly concluded with the artist in relation to the current release, distribution, or promotion of the series, and Studio has not given consent to the present release or promotional use of the series and related materials in the manner now being pursued. This is consistent with Studio’s long-standing position that materials containing the artist’s performance should always be subject to prior review and approval before any release or use. There was then a prolonged period during which Studio was provided with no clarity regarding the status of the project or its release plan. In that respect, Studio was in much the same position as the fans, having no clear idea what to expect, and was never given an opportunity to review the final cuts of the series. The artist also did not receive any payment for the project, and his team was not informed in advance of the present release and promotional activities. On 31 March 2026, Studio through its lawyer also made efforts to engage in discussions and negotiations in the hope that the matter could be resolved on a proper basis and with due regard to the artist’s fundamental legal rights. However, to date, no outcome or proposal has been reached that adequately addresses those key concerns. In light of these circumstances, Studio has taken legal steps in order to protect the artist’s rights and interests and to seek appropriate clarification through the proper legal process. Studio is not in a position to support the current release or promotion of the series under the present circumstances. The relevant issues are currently being addressed through the appropriate legal channels. Studio remains grateful for the continued support, understanding, and concern shown by the fans and the public. This statement is made solely to avoid confusion. As the matter is now being addressed through the appropriate process, Studio will not be commenting further at this time.
