@RobertJCrane This is very sad, I agree that it marks a big problem. I do not have the answer, but would like to know potential solutions that don't over tax current jails and such. I live in Nevada and know there aren't enough shelters to house those who need help. I may need to research DOW

@RobertJCrane thank you for the respectful response, I just wish we had a department that would have plans in place to help the helpless/ mentally ill (drugs as well as they cause harm.)
I guess my next question is, what will/ can the Dept of War do to fix it? A facility or just them up?

@RobertJCrane I'm going to throw my giggle in here. if America is supposed to be top dog, land of the free and the country others are supposed to look up to for inspiration, we should not be able to be compared to China or a communist country that doesn't protect their people.

3. when they don't give the why behind, remember, it's classified.
4. when it was placed before the court it was not alone but in 5 or 6 other issues up.

"We" are burnt out and in and f it stage. it is hard to find care in ourselves when it is ignored by those we put in power.
