Julius Randle trade grade A:
First thoughts, so happy he is gone. Naz Reid, you are up. How does this impact the offseason? This opened up cap room plus the MLE to sign bench guys.
It also gives to Wolves the ability to re-sign Ayo. By sending Claxton to Chicago, I speculate the Bulls are less likely to make a run at Ayo.
By trading down 5 spots into the early second round, I have heard from insiders that 33 may actually be more valuable than 28. Due to the significant less cap in for the second round.
In conclusion, the Wolves move down a few spots to not pay a locker room cancer, plus clear a starting spot for Big Jelly. Love the move.
@MNsportsjohn@battl2heaven I think he’s talking more about their overall gm process instead of necessarily the firing itself. It’s fair to criticize the way the org fired a gm and not hire anyone until way after the draft. I could be wrong about him referring to that but I agree kwesi had to go.
@yeeojj_ow Mercy CAN provide decent value beyond raw healing(dmg boost+rez) but 99% of the time that a extra value isn’t met with the average mercy player that’s the problem. Plus it’s just better to have a kiri, Ana, Juno, etc
@cryinqghoul Eichenwalde wouldn’t be so bad if people had half a brain and pushed high ground on second choke as a team instead of just leaving them up there to melt the back line. So many times either it’s just the tank or dps diving height when the whole team could just walk up there lol
Nolan Teasley is my GM
Top QB tandem in the league
Best WR room in the league
Bears regression
Flores still here
Best kicker in the league
Who got it better than us
@honestlyqu Correct me if I’m wrong the problem was he had the swing on short throws especially outside the numbers which caused him airing it over receivers. A lot of qbs have this on deeper routes which wasn’t the big concern with McCarthy
@VikingsNewsSkol Now imagine the Vikings establish an effective run game on top of that. Defenses really won’t know what to do besides try and force qbs to make a mistake
