Hi Team, I have registered a complaint regarding my new LG TV on 10th June, 2026. Service engineer came and diagnosed the issue with PCB. Complaint No: RNP260610054713,

Ordered the part via LG internal channel but not received till yet.

Just a message received that "Parts not available in engineer kit."
Escalated the issue to MD & CEO Office but still the same result.

Not expected this kind of worst service from LG.

Please take appropriate actions regrading this issue.

Travelling in a local passanger train or 2nd AC Mumbai Tejas/Rajdhaniis all the same.
All thanks to RAC seats.
Why it is required in premium trains I don't know.
We're paying a premium price along with dynamic fare just to get the feel of the local trains.
