1. I know you are excited about meeting him/her and you want to do everything at the same time, please give it some time, you might just discover what you never knew.

2. You have apologized to them yet they still can't come full circle with you, give them some time to heal . Everything will be fine after a while.

3. You have prayed and believed God, relax and give it some time. God will work things out for you.

4. Never say Never. Time has a way of making sworn enemies become good time friends again.

5. You might not be living your dreams yet; it's only a matter of time, you will get there like they did too. Yours will even be bigger and more beautiful.

6. Don't react swiftly to that offense. Give it time, you might hurt a relationship that would have blessed you.

7. You are not in competition with anyone. Today's Labour will soon become Tomorrow's Favour. Give it a little time!

8. They are treating you like you don't matter. Relax, Focus on your Assignment and give it time,they will NEED you real soon.

I can never recommend the way I got married to someone else

I never saw this man face to face until he was coming to pay my bride price.

We knew each other for 6 months only talked seriously like 2 months out of that time.

And this man used speed to fly down to ask my parents for my hand

I can’t recommend it for anyone. Not even my siblings. Because humanly speaking that Time frame is too short.

Because what are the odds that the man you stumbled on on instagram Is the man you’ve prayed for all your life?

But it worked for us. We both knew and believed so much in our hearts that this was God bringing us together. And we’ve never had cause to regret.

This post is not about marriage per se but I need you to stay with me

I looked at the Bible closely and I saw that if Moses has used David’s stone it wouldn’t have worked

And there was no way Moses’s rod would have helped David kill Goliath

Infact do you remember Brother Samson? He only used the jaw bone of an ass once and threw it away.

If it were you and I today, after the kind of victory that the jawbone gave him, we would have put it inside our bag and protected it with our lives because you’ll think that’s where the victory lies.

But it wasn’t about the stone or the rod or the jawbone.

It was about God present with them

It was about God giving them victory.

And as long as God was there, that victory would continue

I’m sharing all these because as believers we are quick to look at others to copy what they are doing

When someone is experiencing victory we want to copy their prayer point word for word.

If a sister tells you that she found her husband when she was singing in the choir, the next Sunday you want to register in the choir unit when God specifically told you that you should be in the prayer band.

Because we don’t see the God behind the strategy. We think the victory is in the strategy.

If it’s not God that commanded you to use that rod, it will just be an ordinary stick.

Our attention has been drawn to a fake advertorial currently circulating on social media, giving the impression that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) is recruiting for various positions. The impostor behind this illicit recruitment exercise also asked would-be respondents to log on to an equally fake portal - https://t.co/jguNh0mKyg to complete their applications. But INEC does not have any such portal.

The Commission hereby calls on the public to disregard this fraudulent call for applications. The Commission IS NOT recruiting. Do not fall victim to the antics of criminal elements.

NIMC and INEC Deepen Collaboration for Integrated Voter and National ID Registration.

In a major step towards streamlining citizen identification, the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) and the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) have agreed to deepen their collaboration, allowing Nigerians to register to vote and for their National Identification Number (NIN) simultaneously at designated centres.

The partnership was formalised during a visit by the NIMC Director-General, Engineer Dr. Abisola Kukar, and her delegation to the INEC headquarters in Abuja. The delegation was received by the INEC Chairman, Prof. Mahmood Yakubu, and his team of National Commissioners and directors.

In his welcoming address, Prof. Yakubu hailed the collaboration as a confirmation of the “institutional memory” between the two agencies, which together hold the largest biometric databases of citizens in Nigeria. He outlined a long-term vision where the NIMC’s database would serve as the “single source of truth for citizenship identification,” from which the national voter register could be drawn.

“When the time comes, the National Register of Voters may simply draw from the citizenship register as is the case in many jurisdictions around the world,” Yakubu stated. ���This may also enable citizens to vote in future elections from their places of choice anywhere in the country, rather than the place they registered as voters as is the case at present.”

As an immediate step, officials from the NIMC will be deployed to some INEC voter registration centres across the country. This initiative, building on a successful pilot programme in Anambra State in July 2022, is designed to capture citizens who have not yet enrolled for a NIN during the electoral registration process.

“Citizens will therefore have the opportunity to register as voters while simultaneously registering for the NIN where they have not registered before,” Yakubu explained, adding that the NIMC would soon release details of the locations and modalities for the joint registration.
