I never post.... that said, American Airlines is an absolute mess. Booking you on flights that don't exist then redirecting you to a city far from your destination. @AmericanAir can't even get employees to help or get their website or app to make corrections. Never again.

@AmericanAir @americanair has turned into the @Delta of the early 2000s. Poor service extraordinaire. I didn't fly @Delta for 13 years, until I had too many tell me they were good now. Will share my experience with @AmericanAir to ALL who will listen and avoid bad service

@AmericanAir Your employees went out of their way to make the experience as complicated as possible. With room on the 3rd flight I was supposedly booked on with visual confirmation as I showed my phone, they bumped me to an even later flight while there were seats still available.
