Islam strictly prohibits rape of anyone for any reason, and the punishment for the guilty is the death penalty. Provide a piece of primary text evidence that explicitly states otherwise.

Females, children, and infants were commanded to be slaughtered in some instances of war(Amalekites). But where does it say "rape" is permissible in any circumstance in any of the Islamic literature?
