Rugi pahala.
Lately, ramai mengadu kadar jammed di Lembah Klang makin teruk. Jarak 10km, drive sejam dah biasa dengar.
Tapi kita lupa nak kaitkan dengan tambahan kenderaan >800,000 unit tahun lepas. Lebih kurang 2,000 kereta baru sehari masuk atas jalan raya kita.
Bila tengok data, jumlah kenderaan berdaftar di Malaysia:
2015 = 13 juta
2020 = 17.7 juta
2025 = 38.7 juta
Maksudnya peningkatan fasiliti jalan raya tak mampu dah nak tampung jumlah kenderaan baru yang terjual.
Ini bukan isu jalan raya sempit, kurang polis jaga jalan waktu pagi dan kena buat flyover sana sini.
Tapi ia isu matematik mudah je. Iaitu jumlah kenderaan bertambah 800k setiap tahun dengan saiz jalan raya sama je.
Tapi apa solusi yang kita ada? Industri ini memang penting untuk negara kita. But at what cost?

Wayne Rooney rated N'Golo Kanté as the best midfielder in the world 🙌:
🗣️ "For me, he was the best midfielder in the world.
In the 2021 Champions League final, he produced a perfect performance. He did everything: pressing, positioning himself, playing between the lines, breaking up opposition moves and driving forward into attack.
We used to see that with Yaya Touré as well, who would win the ball and surge forward offensively, and he was extremely difficult to defend against.
Kanté did that, but he also protected his defence like Claude Makélélé did. It’s incredible to have both those players — Touré and Makélélé — combined in N’Golo Kanté.
At Chelsea, his energy elevated the other players. Every time Kanté moved forward into attack, you often saw two or three Chelsea players join him without worrying about leaving their positions, because they knew that if the ball was lost, N'Golo Kanté would win it back."
