Elon Musk has done a deal with a company called velour equity partners, which created a shell company by the name of Velour Compute Infrastructure.

This shell company bought $5.4 billion worth of AI chips and allowed Elon Musk to use them.

but the twist is, NVIDIA itself has great stakes in this shell company. so basically NVIDIA sold AI chips to this company and technically paid back themselves.

but then who paid for these $5.4 billion? the money came from Athene.

how did Athene got this money? from the retirement plans of millions of American Citizens.

How did NVIDIA benefit? Inflated Revenue.
How did Elon Musk benefit? AI chips.

who paid? American Citizen.
