With abusive language and irritating repeating calls. Her name is Priyanka Jadhav as she told me.
I have call recordings with me.

I would like to receive an official response over mail with a satisfactory solution.

She told me over call she will call them again and again. I just wanted to ask you that is it legal practice as per RBI guidelines??
Is it legal to call third party person and disclose my financial information and harrass them ?

No action taken against the customer care executive who did all this.
I want the termination letter of that person, you can't support your official in this.
@RBLBankCares Sir after sending mail on 6th May, i have received call from your representative. On call he agreed and acknowledged the misconduct and your illegal practice.
But on mail, you have failed to acknowledge the wrong doings, forget about taking action against that agent.

I have attached the Truecaller screenshot of her profile. Otherwise I will have to file a case on cyber crime portal as well as to the RBI.
I also have the screenshots of call history, that person made on my ex colleague's phone number.

I want the termination of that person, who misbehaved with my elder mother. Who talked nonsense with her in very rude language.

@Bajaj_Finance I have also shared the CCTV recording with your customer care executive name shital on WhatsApp.
They came on bike which has no registered number plate, No DRA certificate, No home visit letter, No Authorization letter. Don't even informed me earlier.
Is this legal practice as per RBI guidelines??
Is harassing eldarly is your Code of conduct in the name of EMI payment ??
My mother was crying over the phone because of this mental torcher and harassment. She requested them multiple times but still they continued.
But still they refused to leave, they are harassing my mother for the EMi payment for which she is not responsible at all.
She is having high Blood pressure, and heart issues.
