@OldSchoolRS Rubium mining needed a small nerf to xp and nothing else. This change is just removing a fun method for no reason and forcing people into doing a boring medium intensity method.

With sailing releasing tomorrow, I'm doing this years progress update a bit earlier again.
1367 EHP+B year, 2.7k clues done, 200m fm etc.
The bag is an absolute mess atm and I won't be able to join the sailing race because of it, but I should have 40m herb bagged which is nice!

Got some big plans for next year, but now it's time to enjoy Leagues!
