@muheediva01 I mean, it's not far back. But in 2019, I was paying 900$ for a 2 bedroom appartment, close to the university, in a medium city. in 2024, in the same city, I was paying 850$ for an old 1 bed room appartment. (The same appartment was going for 650$ 2 years before)
