@UKVolkswagen please escalate my case. A quote of £4,700 for works to repair a fault on a 5 year old Golf isn't acceptable

@UKVolkswagen I'd like my case escalating. Diagnostics on my 5 year old Golf reveal a total failure and requires a new fuel system. Apparently common in your Vans and indicative of a lack of durability and satisfactory quality. Quote comes to £4,740! Not acceptable for it's age!

This is no longer an A&E. We are a long stay ward BUT no patient washing facilities, no access to hot food, 3 toilets to 180 patients. This is inhumane & unsanitary.
