@KFC_UKI image ordering KFC on the app for the first time, paying, arriving at store and finding out they don't do kids meals even though it let me order one on the app... And then being told you need to wait 2 weeks for a refund 🤔🙄😏 sounds reasonable, good job!

@Matalan Order no 36591959 @Hermesparcels left on my doorstep today after I rejected the delivery yesterday as per you phone Cs team. Shocking service on both sides I am livid. I expect you to arrange collection and have emailed MD of both companies with a complaint.

@Matalan why do you not allow people to cancel their orders before they have been despatched? I was told on Thursday my order couldn't be cancelled as it was packed ready to leave but its now Sunday and surprise surprise my order still hasn't left, no tracking provided.

Also, my payment is no longer in my pending payments on my account and hasn't left my account, is there any reason for this?

@BarclaysUKHelp Why am I unable to scan cheques in via the app? Ive attempted on my phone via the app and also attempted via my partners phone (huwawei and Nokia) with no avail? No issues with previous cheques when I was with Halifax so its not me. Dark background and clear image
