Supported a YP to process their grief of losing a family member and to communicate how they were feeling and thinking. So important to create a safe space and empower/ give them the tools to communicate and process their thoughts and feels #mySLTday

@imogenfSLT I often ask my students about their learning styles e.g. do they need to observe first or do they just want to have a go. I also leave time during the day for reflection. Extra time to complete task like note writing and planning is also often useful. Happy to chat more :)
