@lisakadlec @NY_Comic_Con Exactly what happened to us. We had 4 computers open, service unavailable message every time. Finally got an email at 12:05, that link didn't work, then said queue paused, finally got in queue @12:17, still says over an hour at 12:45. Others putting up mesages saying nothing left
