The mind has a dumb sense of vast loss - that is all. It will take mind and memory months and possibly years to gather the details and thus learn and know the whole extent of the loss.

Anyone else just bawl while holding their sleeping child? I’m just OvErWhElMeD with love for this brand new person and my body literally cannot contain it.
No? Just me? Okay, cool. 😬🤙🏼
I measure my life in moments of before and after. Did that event happen before mom died or after. Did she know that xy or z happened or was she left out of the joy.
I wonder how long this goes on. It’s been almost 3 years.
just a heads up. i will be running around the house. as fast as possible. for the next 15 seconds. i will have no regard for furniture. or any individuals in my way. when i am done. do not ask me why i have done this. because i do not know
I’m all for Texas being independent and sassy and all “we don’t need no government regulations for energy” until my people are freezing in their homes.
Stay safe, warm, and take care of each other, Texas.
🥶❄️💙
Also I misspelled hygiene and I literally don’t even care because it’s that important to not give plants to people when people die.
Also also, flowers. Stop it. They die too and it’s a whole other weird grief thing when you throw them out.
Someday I’m going to write a memoir about my dead mom and it’s going to be called “Don’t Give Plants When People Die”
BECAUSE when I accidentally murder my dead mom orchid 2 years later (because North Carolina is not humid enough) I will never throw it out.

ALSO stop giving people WHO ARE IN SHOCK AND DEALING WITH GRIEF SOMETHING ELSE TO CARE FOR BECAUSE THEY CAN BARELY FEED THEMSELVES AND DO BASIC HYGENE LET ALONE GIVE AN ORCHID 3 ICE CUBES EVERY 2 WEEKS.
Thank you for coming to my TED talk.
I married the right guy.
Josh bought a Baptist Catechism to use with our future kiddos. Love love love.
***we are not expecting anything except the pizza delivery guy later***
@RocoClutchPro 🤷🏻♀️I saved tips for a long time and budgeted. My husband and I aren’t rich by any means, we are abundantly boring and budget like crazy people.
I just went from an iPhone 7 to an 11 and I low key hate Face ID to open my phone.
My fingerprints didn’t have to wear a mask. Now I just have to put in my code EVERY SINGLE TIME.
First world problems, I know. 🙃
