STUDENT OF THE MONTH: Lydia is a recipient of the Webster Undergraduate Research Award to work on her Honours project investigating consumers' descriptions of NS rosé wines. Lydia also completed an independent study project investigating the use of novel ingredients in beer! 🍻🍷
