@Honda_UK My Mum collected her brand new Jazz to find it doesn’t come with any mats - you certainly don’t expect that when you’ve just forked out over £15000 on a new car 😳 She had to walk to Halfords to buy a set before she could drive home because the floor was too slippery!
@Nissan Bitterly disappointed with the customer service received from #nissansouthafrica - our X-Trail has been sat in the Service Centre for 11 days and the replacement parts haven’t even been ordered yet! Worse still we are now having to foot the bill for a courtesy car 😩
