I love Avatar and I really would have wanted to see the new movie in theaters but I really don’t think it would have made the money people on here seem so convinced it would have. Just look at the box office for things like mutant mayhem, transformers one, (1/3)

It's like when people on here were convinced Fantastic Four would somehow compete with Superman as if general audiences care at all about Fantastic Four when they ALL know Superman. Avatar Aang would just end up as another critically praised box office failure (3/3)

Or the first spider verse. The more action heavy animated movies, even when critically acclaimed, aren’t smash hits. And while Avatar is beloved by millennials and Gen Z, it I completely unknown by any previous Gen or Gen Alpha. (2/3)
