Even after a written letter was given to the school to send my 9 yr old daughter by a particular bus, which they have done in the past, today they called me and refused to send her without any valid reason. How can they harass working parents and not send a child home?

St.Francis ICSE school borivali west, is harassing working parents. Today my child wasn't allowed to go home by the school bus, the reason being the school is very rigid, they would rather risk the child's safety and inconvenience the parents just because they can.
