@jennypfafflin @Amtrak laid off too many workers when covid hit & has struggled to replace them. They're short of crews to run the trains & maintenance to perform inspections. Some trains get canceled & most are shorter. Fewer seats = higher prices. It is definitely needs to be addressed.
