Crazy weekend back and forth between Chicago and Sellersburg to attend the super 72 and USA HPP identifier. Few highlights of my triple and a couple strikeouts. Working on my stride and drop ball with @rothrock03 . The drop is hanging between 56-58 mph with 5.5-7.5 inches of vertical break.

We had a tough first tourney against some good teams. I didn’t give up on the mound or at the plate when I struggled on day 1. Came back day 2 to bat .333 with a double. Here are some highlights. Working on a slight adjustment of my launch based on my motor preferences with @rothrock03 and it is feeling really natural. Excited to keep making small adjustments.

Indoor practice due to rain today gave the team a chance to work on fielding and throwing fundamentals. We started logging our metrics and I hit a new overhand velocity PR of 63mph. Can’t wait to keep competing with myself to see how much better I can get this season.
