Before last year, Andy Reid had 3 losing seasons as a head coach, he followed up each losing season with double digit wins the following year.
That's 4 losing seasons in 27 years.
I'm not scared that the league has passed him by, or that he is unable to adjust.
Hot take? I'm only interested if he'd sign for a vet minimum deal with incentives.
I'd personally rather let the young CBs get the reps and save their cap space for WR help.
Mandatory minicamp is next week, and the Chiefs still have five major offensive questions hanging over the roster. Some answers could shape the entire season. (via @LyleGraversen) https://t.co/4KrvcV253X
The President just used his power to exempt himself and his family from audits on every tax return they've ever filed.
If that is not corruption to the highest degree, then what is?
With how the NFL is ALL about that TV money, do we think the NFL puts KC in prime time the first 2 games of the season if they thought there was a strong chance Justin Fields would be starting?
I think everyone my age will agree with this, but even as a 13 year old in 1991 it was crystal clear that Ryan was the last of an old school era that we would never see again.
@LyleGraversen Saying basa can't play sam is showing 0 knowledge of ball he can play the strong side hell he was the MLB for Oregon. He can play all three.
2 quick responses to all the replies.
1. If McDonald is good enough to lock down that spot, that's a huge win and I'll be thrilled. I still think a vet min. type signing w/experience would add insurance.
2. Jeffrey Bassa can't play the SAM spot. Period. I won't debate that.
Just a friendly reminder that if the season started today, the Chiefs starting SAM linebacker would be...
Cooper McDonald?
There has to be a veteran LB signing coming. Right?
@zzekiel35 You can't just play any random combo of 3 LBs you think is best. They are 3 different positions. Chenal's spot (the SAM) requires a bigger/stronger LB and that's not Bassa who is a best fit for Tranquill's spot that requires someone that can run and cover better.

Reading @AlbertBreer's draft insights piece and this stood out.
I've been one of many that didn't love the trade up for Delane. Maybe its just selling their pick, but if they did feel like Delane is one of the best CB prospects in the past decade it at least makes more sense.
@MarMar0725@AlbinoBagel Agree to disagree. I think if they liked George more than McDonald they wouldn't of had McDonald on the active roster over him last season. I agree he's more athletic, but I don't think that's the only thing they'll look at.
