@Tim_Jeffery @Hermesparcels Shocking company! I have 12 parcels that have t been delivered or updated on tracking. Have had to go back to the retailers for updates most of which say Hermes have marked my package as ‘lost in transit’ do not know how a company can get away with letting so many customers down!
