It is but appropriate to ask the Iglesia Ni Cristo these difficult questions in relation to Senator Rodante Marcoleta, who is a senior member of their organisation. Are you not ashamed that a senior member of your church is about to be slapped with charges of plunder and indirect bribery having conspired with certain private and political personalities? No less than himself have confirmed in public how he circumvented the law involving public officials receiving monetary considerations. He also confirmed to have received the P75 million to help in his election run. He dis not declare the same in his SALN. How is it that a church like the INC is engaged in politics by conducting rallies that have essentially contributed to the destabilisation of the current government under President Marcos and previous other governments? INC purports to teach uprightness and good governance on our public officials, but why can it not enforce the same to its own people, primary of which is the sanctimonious hypocrite of a Senator, Rodante Marcoleta? Kumusta na kayo when it comes to Marcoleta’s bad behaviour at the Senate and as a public official? Is the INC a corrupt organisation as many people say?
