@PaulKimmage enjoyed your Independent article today. Made me smile. A new member of my local club who I hadn’t met before asked me how long I’ve been cycling? I told him I’m with the club for 46 years!
@TFIupdates@Buseireann Absolutely rubbish. Another hour waiting for a bus to get home. If you people can’t operate as you advertise then at least have the decency to advertise what you can offer so people aren’t standing around endlessly at bus stops wondering when they’re going to get home.
@Buseireann 206 cork service is supposed to be every 15mins. Currently waiting over an hour and no bus. Tried to call your service update number and was told wait times were 30 minutes. At least you are consistently late on both buses and phone calls
@TFIupdates@Buseireann 206 frankfield to cork city. We turned up for the 15.45. No 15.45,no 16.00, no 16.15, no 16.30. We’ve had to call a taxi. I’ve missed my appointment in town at 17.00
The Donal Crowley and Kay Stratton Memorial took place this afternoon, proudly hosted by Blarney Cycling Club, and what a day it was! Full results from today’s races are now available on the Cycling Ireland website – check them out!

@rtenews can you remind all the politicians who read your election coverage to please take their plastic tie wraps with them when removing their election posters
@corkcitycouncil can you please sort the footpath on the airport hill. The overgrown grass is making it hard to walk safely. The right hand lane is a bike path
Just watching the olympics break dancing. How have I not qualified for this?? Has no one seen me get a sh+T on on the dance floor after a few sneaky pints?
I’m so stoked to represent my country when the call comes!!!☘️☘️☘️🕺🕺🕺
@garymcquaid@TeamTotalEnrg Completely agree. Not everyone wants a bib short and race jersey. A nice T shirt. Can’t understand why pro teams don’t capitalise on this.
Need an excuse to have a Guinness?☘️
One pint of Guinness provides the following:
51% of your Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) for copper, contributing to antioxidant activity (cleansing), providing energy, and maintaining the immune system. 💪
33% of your RDA for vitamin B6, keeping us happy, maintaining the immune system, and reducing the risk of heart disease. 🖤
31% of your RDA for niacin, which looks after our cells, provides energy, and may play a significant role in the prevention of cancer. 🧬
24% of your RDA for vitamin B12, essential for the duplication of DNA. It works with folate and vitamin B6 to decrease the risk of heart disease and cancer. 💊
(RDA = Recommended Daily Allowance)

@TFIupdates rubbish service this evening in cork. 55mins wait for the 206 which is supposed to be every 15 mins. Had to get a taxi home as the due times weren’t accurate. Don’t advertise if you can’t deliver
Some days, service suppliers can disappoint, today, however was a very positive @sky help centre call. A staff member who really wanted to help me!
Thanks Declan
