Year 10 Duke of Edinburgh learners had a great
practice walk in Meriden. Everyone enjoyed their experience and developed their character virtues of compassion, integrity, resilience and resourcefulness. Well done to all involved and thank you to all colleagues who supported!

Computer Club!
Computer Club for Lyndon School started this term. It is a weekly club for all KS3 learners of all IT abilities. The club is designed to encourage young learners to build on their ICT skills and gain confidence in general when using computers.
UK Bebras closed last night. Over 360,000 students participated in the last two weeks. 6.4million questions to mark! Provisional results should be available on Monday.
20 Year 8 learner's from Lyndon School received awards for creating websites. We worked in partnership with a Multinational company Tarmac to promote the apprenticeship schemes.

27 Year 11 Lyndon School learners received their D of E Bronze Award Certificate last night at the Ceremony at Solihull Sixth Form. It was a brilliant evening which the learners and the Parents/ Carers really enjoyed.
Congratulations to 14 of our Learners who achieved in the top 10% nationally in the Computing BEDRAS National Challenges, it is promoted by Oxford University. It is organised in over 50 countries and designed to get learners all over the world excited about computing. Well done!
