@FNBSA joined FNB in June this year the worst decision I have ever made. You call them regarding an inquiry and to my surprise, the back office, or whatever they call themselves self can't take calls. They only work once a week. The message: You must wait. My 8th day waiting.

@Afrihost Experience since yesterday the same connection issues... I already returned three routers after I was advised my router was faulty, now today I was informed that my router is faulty again.
Spend over 5 days without internet and still no one can assist

I have been for 48 hours without internet and @Afrihost seems not to care. Made several calls my problem still not resolved. Was informed this morning to wait another 24hours....will not recommend @Afrihost to anyone.
