On 7/23 @Suntrust closed my account. To this day not one letter of explanation! No reason give and still they have my money! I received a call from Nicholas [phone] on 8/20/2020 and was given a tracking number for @USPS and was told it was mail.

Anybody ever had a problem with @FashionNovaHelp I have tried repeatedly to get a resolve on a package that was deliver but I never got.
