@SkyHelpTeam Still not good enough. And this does not explain why, nor does it explain why your members of service continue to lie to me about what had happened. Any discipline action happening to the "booked engineer" who was meant to turn up two days ago. Or was the booking also a lie?

@SkyHelpTeam utterly useless. I called twice yesterday about our missing engineer. Manager said they'd ring me, 24hrs later... nothing but telling me I have to wait a further 2 weeks for my box to be set up. I booked yesterdays appointment on the 25th Feb!!..
