New day but same disdain for @FedEx @FedExHelp
FedEx site offers and allows for a 14 day vacation hold. Customer Service said it’s a 10 day hold & attempt to deliver 3xs my hold request was only 9 days. FedEx offers no help or explanation

@FedExHelp @FedEx I want to warn everyone especially vendors and my Sister State Directors: Never do a Vacation Hold! FedEx does not honor the 14 days (my hold was only 9 days). There was no way that 48 boxes could come to my home while I was out of town FedEx deliver my boxes!

This is completely unacceptable. I did everything correctly on my end, and there is no reason my shipment should be mishandled in this way. It appears someone at the Livonia facility has either been careless or unwilling to complete their responsibility.

I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with @FedExHelp @FedEx regarding my shipment. My delivery of 48 boxes was placed on a vacation hold until today.I have been notified that my packages are being returned to the shipper in China instead of being delivered to me as scheduled

I can’t believe @FedEx ! How are they to get out the door? Y not ring the bell so they know 4 clearly marked TVs are on the porch smh very poor customer service...
