@easyJetholidays Yep and as sais in my post i have been. It was just cutting off over and over which is why i asked for a standard procedure. As calling that team isnt an option when youve just cancelled 10 flights as its absolutely rammed

@MSC_Cruises_UK @MSCCruises_PR 8 of us booked a UAE cruise last year. Which now spends 65% of the time sat in one place, Dubai. Now i read there’s no entertainment on board? What compensation is there for this? We would of been better off booking a hotel! Half term and no shows?
