Was hesitant to invest time on @LynketApp's floating bubbles mode with System Alert Window, looks like the API is still available in 11 albeit a bit harder to request the permission.

On the bright side, Bubbles API is now stable. 🙌

@chrisonline1205 At the moment, the Android 10 bubbles API does not expose methods to set it to the bottom of the screen. Will definitely support it if the final bubbles API adds it.

@chrisonline1205 @chrismlacy At the moment, it does not appear to be. Tried enabling restriction in Dev settings and launching Web Heads and clicking it. Could not see any warning log. Not sure if they are counting overlay window as 'visible window in the foreground'
