I can go to my credit card but it’s a faff and there’s something here about legitimising Virgin’s approach by letting them get away with it.

Where’s my Virgin flight repayment? I keep on getting platitudes from Virgin staff that they are very busy BUT how come my flight was in the first couple of weeks of lockdown which means that I should be in the first 25% of those that should get their money back.
