@RealPinchePutas@Underdog91@PopMusicData I would go so far to say to say this creates an engine that is free marketing for all her albums, thusly lining the pockets of every player involved.
On an elementary level, I don’t know how you can’t see that. By elementary I mean basic, not at all a dig at your intellect.
@RealPinchePutas@Underdog91@PopMusicData way out of portion with Taylor, yet again, putting someone in a corner with emphatic accusatory statements. Business is business. It is that simple. I take a lot of issues with this whole argument she has made.
@BravoTV Tinsley is adorable. And probably far too gracious to suggest these designers give her clothes to wear. She is the best dressed by far, and has always been known for her style. I love it! I want everything she owns!
@LuisIzquierdoo@yael Luis, yes. And your heart is empathetic and kind, I see that. However, she wasn’t taken advantage of like that in her first contract. She got more than most on their first deal.
I do hope you have a wonderful day and great things happen! ❤️
@LuisIzquierdoo @kat_sturtevant @yael This doesn’t even make sense. Are you referring to imminent domain? That would be government, not corporate. And how could someone just bull doze a plot of homes that are deeded? Your argument is littered with holes here.
@LuisIzquierdoo@yael 4. Taylor did not (factoid) lay for her entire career herself with money she made in bars, etc. how many bars let a 15 year old play?????? This is ridiculous. Be logical.
@LuisIzquierdoo@yael 1. Taylor comes from a very wealthy family and they passed on many other deals prior to signing with Big Machine.
2. Big Machine was a small boutique outfit, by still housed artists like Sheryl Crow and other big names!!!
3. Taylor was handsomely rewarded for her hard work.
@kat_sturtevant @LuisIzquierdoo@yael As I see it, Taylor’s music was the big asset here. She came to terms with them selling it. She just didn’t like who they sold it to. She clearly says that.
@kat_sturtevant @LuisIzquierdoo@yael why would a company invest in an artist, taking her from nothing to famous (note: she always had talent, they did not make that) not to gain a long term return on their investment? Her profile was a huge asset to bring to negotiations when selling. This is business 101.
@RealPinchePutas@marjaneb1@Underdog91@PopMusicData Oh my god! With all this lunchroom saga I don’t know how Scooter managed to manage the mega-talents he did. NO ONE get that involved with petty teenage drama at the expense of their multi million $ businesses. It isn’t worth it.
@RealPinchePutas@marjaneb1@Underdog91@PopMusicData Emotional manipulation is what she does to the masses to garner their support. Playing on themes that are emotionally charged to win favor, in an effort to gain control and manipulate the outcome in her favor.
@LuisIzquierdoo@yael If the company provided an entire team and resources at my disposal to generate this art at their monetary expense, I would not have a right to insist I acquire their asset. After all, they invested in me when I was nothing, in hope of a return. That is simple business.
