@HolidayInn / @IHGhotels you should be ashamed of yourself. My 18 y/o daughter showed up with a hotel voucher at 1:00AM, due to a missed connecting flight out of DCA, and you refused her a room (age) to get a few hours of sleep before her 7:40AM flight later that morning.

@HolidayInn There isn’t a reservation number. It was a voucher from the airline to stay at the hotel. You turned her away. Not cool.

Luckily, @Hyatt stepped up to the plate and knocked it out of the park. I called the front desk at the Crystal City Hyatt Regency and in the time it took her to grab an Uber across the freeway, they had a reservation ready for her. Thank you, @Hyatt and the front desk staff!

Rather than attempt to help, your front desk staff said she needed to find another hotel for "children". Needless to say, she was quite upset as she was in an unfamiliar city in the wee hours of the morning.
