😤🤬 @KLM_UK making me buy another flight for £740 to Amsterdam because they can’t do a simple name swap on a flight ticket?! My mother wants to see her daughters wedding so we had no choice to book! She’s 86 y.o and made a mistake on the flight booking!👩🏻‍🦽🤷🏼‍♀️
