@lordster1 @PrifWeinidog Quite often part of the get fit for operation is about weight, none of us can have an operation if our BMI is soaring into the 50s and we have to lose weight part of that will be exercise in one way or another.
I am going through a similar thing now where I have to walk in water

Our National anthem has 2 verses. We sing GWlad GWlad twice.
The 2nd is where the harmonious crescendo comes in.
It’s that last verse sung at peak voice makes you tingle. 😵😵😵
