Thank you @BAESystemsplc for the wonderful transformation of our Stepping Stone garden from all @SSAFA families who will benefit from this for years to come 🚂🚂🚂
Privilege to join in the celebration of 15 years of FAB Camps with @FriendsofFAB. A wonderful charity doing such a great job of providing support for bereaved military families.
🎂 As we celebrate 35 years of supporting the @RoyalAirForce community on base today, @SSAFA is extremely proud to work in partnership with the RAF to deliver personal support and social work to servicemen and women, and their families ▸ https://t.co/03TvmeVbjd
I can’t believe @WBerksLibDems are penalising some of the most vulnerable in our society for their incompetence in managing @WestBerkshire budgets. Not often I sign a petition but these centres are a lifeline to many carers. Please sign: https://t.co/qfbyB7JN4i via @megaphoneuk

💡KEEP THE LIGHTS ON IN WEST BERKSHIRE💡
For the second time this month I'm campaigning to keep street lights on.
First in Oxfordshire and now in West Berkshire where the council is proposing to switch off street lights from midnight in residential areas.
I am concerned about the safety - and confidence - of women and vulnerable members of the public, particularly on a night out.
It is not just the risk of crime that may increase but also the fear of crime, as many people cite poor lighting as one of the reasons they can feel unsafe.
Sign my petition to oppose West Berkshire council’s plan to turn off your street lights at https://t.co/nVzPYrhN9o (link in bio)
Chris Sherwin, Welfare Officer in @SSAFA's RAF North Team, describes his own experience of being posted far away from his family and how our @RoyalAirForce Personal Support and Social Work Service team is always on hand to chat and offer practical support. https://t.co/o8grCzvBNl
For some military personnel, leaving service and returning to civilian life can be tough. Problems once shared as a team, become darker problems alone. At @SSAFA, we seek to reach all our Armed Forces family so they never battle alone. #RequestingBackup https://t.co/5Ri7RPycFh
This #WorldMenopauseDay pleased to be able to join an awareness session @SSAFA that not only aimed to raise awareness of the impact of the #Menopause but talked about the support we can offer as Employers.

Sometimes the hardest words to say are the most important. By having more open conversations, we give people the chance to express how they feel and get the support they need. It could even save a life. 💚
