@O2 Problem solved. Found one of those portable buildings!!! I.e. a public phone that was working. Imagine have to resort to that method to ring a large corporation like yourselves who can’t ring a loyal customer whose account you botched!!!!

My daughter's Y3 teacher is the absolute GOAT. She single-handedly crocheted a mini-me of each kid in her class as an end of year gift. Approx. 8hrs per doll. Even the hairstyles and clothes are spot on. What a legend.
