@AvantiWestCoast Beautiful first class breakfast this morning on the 8.50 Birmingham New Street to Euston service. All the chefs should put as much love into their job as Erica did this morning.

@AvantiWestCoast The only offer was a bacon sandwich and neither of us eat bread.
If they ran out at Crewe there should have been provisions added at Birmingham. We booked in advance so they should cater appropriately. Not good enough for £520 tickets. We should be reimbursed.

@AvantiWestCoast I boarded the train at Birmingham New Street today to London Euston expecting the great British breakfast that I paid £529.60 return for.
I was told that they ran out at Crew. How do I get a refund?
