I have now had my @Pod_Point charger for over a month and can still not use it all because the engineer failed to have the correct Allen key on him. No help from @Pod_Point to resolve issue. Terrible service

@Pod_Point So after calling & emailing for over a week now + being promised I was priority I still cannot use my newly installed charger and still no contact from @Pod_Point. All because I have a street light at the end of my drive. Incredibly poor customer service.
@Pod_Point Installed Home Electric charger on 1st Dec but I still can’t use it. Terrible customer service & after many calls + emails still waiting for someone to contact me to fix the issue. One very frustrated customer.
Very disappointed with @Pod_Point. Received my new Kia electric car over 3 weeks ago & after emails and calls I have not received a call back about my installation. Charging in car parks & on an ordinary electric charger is proving challenging.
